Lea Michele got very lucky Friday morning, when she walked away uninjured, after being hit by a car. The Glee star was on her way from work around 2 a.m., when she was struck by the vehicle on Melrose Avenue.
"Lea was hit and notified the police," her rep told UsMagazine.com. "She was not injured and is fine."
A source close to the star says that Michele was hit by a drunk driver.
"A couple of drunk girls hit her, got out of the car, giggled that she was famous, said something like 'are you drunk, too?' Then they drove off," said the insider.
The 24-year-old star took down a description of the car and the license plate number, and handed everything over to authorities.
We're happy to hear Lea was not hurt.
